Seeking Authors for FCPL's 2022 Local Author Fair

On Saturday, March 19, from 1 – 4 p.m. join us as FCPL’s local author fair welcomes a wide variety of authors in many genres from the Triad area. This is a great chance to get your name out there, meet others from our thriving community of writers, and offer copies of your book for sale.
Space is limited. If you’re interested in having a table at the local author fair, please fill out this form and a library representative will contact you.


Free Tax Assistance

Probing For Electricity Virtual Program

Join us for a virtual program about Lewis Lattimer, the inventor of the carbon filament for light bulbs, and a demonstration about materials that pass and do pass electrical currents. Pick up a kit at Malloy/Jordan East Winston Heritage Center starting Tuesday, Feb. 1.


Virtual Water Filtration Program

Pick up a kit at Malloy/Jordan East Winston Heritage Center, Paddison Memorial Branch Library, and Reynolda Manor Branch Library to discover the effects of water pollution for humans and creatures for Forsyth County Creek Week and learn more information by attending the virtual program on Wednesday, March 23 at noon. Kits can be picked up starting Monday, March 14.


Virtual African American Read-In
